Hello, my name is Amy and firstly, thank you for visiting my website.

I set up Amy's Animal Care in 2011 as I have a real passion for all animals and wanted to make this my career. After running the business for over 10 years now, I still love it as much as when I first started.

I pride myself in taking care of all animals the exact same way their owners would. I treat them all as if they were my own.

I am also a volunteer foster carer for Cats Protection. I had fostered 5 cats before deciding that I couldn't let the 6th cat go to a new home and I had to adopt her myself at the start of lockdown in 2020.

Worked with horses and animals for many years

 

Qualifications

Amy has BHS Riding and Road Safety, Pony Club C Test and is a Dog First Aider

 

Pet Experience

Amy has owned many animals including cats, hamsters, rabbits, fish, a parrot and a dog. She has also had a loan horse called Ed who was a Danish Warmblood.

Amy has also worked with horses for a number of years which included general yard duties and leading out treks for customers.
